Work Conditioning Program

Working Hands also has a state-of-the-art work-conditioning program.  The philosophy of work-conditioning is to increase patients activities gradually and allow the employee to perform the duties of the original work activities on a gradually increasing basis, until the patient is ready to resume his or her normal regular work activities.  Thus far, our track record is more than 95%.  More than 95% of the patients who went through our work-conditioning program were able to return to their regular work activities.
