REFERRALS

Our office accepts referrals from any physicians who would like to refer their patients.  We also accept patients if they call directly, without referrals from other physicians.  To make an appointment, simply call our office at (217) 347-3003.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be made by calling our office at (217) 347-3003.  If you are calling after office hours, please leave a message on the answering machine, and one of our staff will be calling you to arrange for the appointment.  If you have an urgent problem, such as a fracture, infection, or a tendon injury, please let the staff know so that the physicians can see you as soon as possible.
